Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure mailing box.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
